After successfully completing the VBC Pilot Program in Summer, 2022, we are pleased to announce Phase 2 of the LA-RHC Value Based Program.
Phase 2 is open to all LA-RHC Clinic Members and will focus on:
- Maximizing Value Based Reimbursements available to individual RHCs through existing payer programs
- Position the participating RHCs for more aggressive and lucrative Value Based Contracts in the near future

We are pleased to promote a program exclusively for RHCs brought to you by one of our Corporate Members, Target Health.
Through a close relationship with Healthy Blue, Target is the exclusive agent to offer SDOH, ICCM, and other Value Based programs for RHCs.
Through these programs, RHCs can add significant revenue through the addition of screenings, community referrals, and closing care gaps. Target's team of nurses and other professionals provide resources and guidance allowing RHCs to access these new revenue streams without incurring additional costs or adding resources.

Behavioral Health services are in high demand and yet the availability of these services in rural communities is in short supply.
To address this growing and crucial need, the LA-RHC is crafting an Integrated Behavioral Health Pilot Program. This program will enable RHCs to seamlessly refer patients to virtual BH services. Through the use of technology, the BH schedule will be available to RHC clinic staff and clinical notes and records will be delivered back to the RHC in a timely fashion.

As we move through Phase 2 of the LA-RHC Value Based Care Program, our sights are set on even more aggressive and lucrative Value Based Contracts.
Leveraging the scale of all RHCs in Louisiana, we anticipate the ability to contract with payers on behalf of the entire group. This will make programs typically reserved for large health systems available to individual RHC clinics and operators.
