President of the LARHC. Jeff is a life-long resident of Lafayette, Louisiana. Earning his BS degree in Business Administration from UL Lafayette in 1984. He began his career in healthcare over 35 years ago. As a previous owner of billing and management companies, he has an extensive background in medical business management in addition to developing/managing imaging centers across the US.   

Ernie is a life-long resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. He graduated from LSU in 2004 and Loyola Law School in 2008. In addition to his law practice, Ernie also serves as CEO of Strawberry Patch Pediatrics and Family Medicine and West Oak Family Clinic. Ernie also serves as the Ponchatoula City Attorney and is a partner in the Drake Williams Law Firm and Drake Title.

VP, Business Development & Physician Relations @ Beauregard Health System. Elyse earned her Masters of Healthcare Administration from Liberty University in 2020. Elsye has over ten years of civilian service with the Department of the Army in various business management roles. She has also worked as a corporate consultant establishing occupational health and wellness programs. As a physician liaison with Lake Charles Memorial Health System she was responsible for developing referral networks for Memorial's group of over 90 physicians and establishing outreach strategies for newly recruited specialists. She currently oversees physician and advanced practitioner recruiting and contracting in addition to business development, strategic partnerships and joint ventures for key service lines. She also leads their physician group consisting of providers, ambulatory clinics, rural health clinics and surgical specialty clinics. 

Kim is a Family Nurse Practitioner and was born and raised in Tangipahoa Parish. She has over 30 years Healthcare Experience. Kim is also owner of Family Healthcare of Loranger and Family Healthcare of Bedico. 

Alan has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009 and Owner of West Ouachita Family Medicine in Calhoun, La. since 2014. Alan has been in the healthcare field for over 25 years beginning as a Certified Pharmacy technician then as a Registered Nurse in the ICU at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Alan's current practice treats patients of all ages.  

Steve is a native of the Chicagoland area and graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Computer Science in 1984.  Steve spent ten years in the Atlanta area where he met his wife who hailed from Eunice, LA.  Steve and his wife decided to move 'back' to South Louisiana in 2003 and he has been here ever since.  Steve's professional career has always been in point-of-sale and point-of-care technology, beginning with retail, then restaurants, and finally the healthcare industry for the past 12 years as the Director of Business Development for iMed Software.  Since the early days of Meaningful Use, Steve has been deeply involved in compliance and value based payment models.  He is excited about bringing HealthIT experience and expertise to Rural Health Clinics and, by extension, to the citizens of rural Louisiana.
